Coach Will here…
Confession time.
My business is doing fine. Making decent money. Great team. Full calendar.
But I feel stuck.
And I can't figure out why.
So I do what I always do when something feels wrong.
I start looking for the problem.
Tear apart the business. Check the numbers. Read another book.
Try whatever new system everyone's talking about.
Maybe THIS will be the thing, right?
Look, I've tried everything at this point.
The goal-setting frameworks. The operating systems. The productivity tools. The planning sessions.
They all just... stopped working.
Or maybe they never really worked at all.
None of it stuck.
And it wasn't because I didn't try hard enough.
It Was Because I Was Asking the Wrong Question…….
🌃 Midnight……
Here's what really kept me up at night.
I was supposed to have this figured out by now.
Twenty years in. Built something real. People are depending on me.
From the outside? Successful.

Inside? Felt like a fraud who got lucky.
One bad quarter from being exposed.
And I couldn't tell anyone.
My wife didn't get it. My team couldn't know.
My friends all seemed to have their shit together.
So I carried it alone.
Googled answers at 2 am. Wondered what was wrong with me.
I Spent a Decade Asking the Wrong Question - "What's broken?"
I was really good at finding broken things.
Fixing them. Optimizing them. Crossing them off.
But nothing changed. Revenue stayed flat. I stayed stuck.
Then someone asked me something different.
"Will, you know what's broken. But do you know what's missing?"
I had no idea what she meant.
"What should exist that doesn't?
The opportunity you're not seeing because you're too busy fixing things?"
I sat with that for weeks.
Then I started seeing gaps I'd been blind to for years.
A missed partnership that could have 10x'd distribution. They'd reached out twice. I was too busy to respond.
A system that would have freed 15 hours a week. I kept saying "next quarter."
An offer that customers had been asking for.
I'd dismissed it because it wasn't "core."
They weren't hidden. I just wasn't looking.
Once I Saw It, I Couldn't Unsee It………
"What's broken?" is defense. Gets you back to zero. Stops the bleeding.
"What's missing?" is offense. That's where growth actually happens.
I'd only been asking the first question. Auditing. Fixing. Optimizing.
Wondering why I was still stuck.
The hard part?
I Couldn't Just Ask "What's Missing?" and Expect to See It!
My brain fills in gaps automatically. Especially because I think fast.
Especially because I'm wired to connect dots and move quickly.
I needed a system for finding what my brain kept hiding from me.
Because those gaps? The missing opportunities?
They're worth more than all the broken things I'd been fixing.
So I built a system. Took me 50 years to figure it out.
Next week, I'm sharing the whole thing.
➡️ So, Where Are You?
I spent years fixing what was broken instead of finding what was missing.
Don't do the same.
Just reply with a number:
1 = START — still finding the opportunity
2 = BUILD — making it work
3 = GROW — scaling what's working
4 = LEVERAGE — focused on freedom
Just the number. I'll tell you the ONE gap to look for at your stage.
Think Bigger, Play Smarter, Win More!

P.S. My brain kept hiding opportunities from me. So I built something that asks these questions for you and keeps your goal visible. It's called 1-3-5 GO Playbooks. Still building it. Want to know when it's ready? Reply "WAITLIST."
