Clarity Wins 2026

Think Bigger, Play Smarter, Win More!

Coach Will here……..Happy New Year!

Look, 2025 was Mr. Toad's Wild Ride for most of us.

Crazy. Unpredictable. A little terrifying if we're being honest.

And here's something I've been thinking about...

As we get older, time seems to fly by faster, doesn't it?

But here's the truth: Time isn't speeding up. We are.

Time just keeps doing its thing. It's us who are passing by.

And if we really got that—I mean, really understood it—we'd stop sweating the small stuff and focus on what matters.

Which brings me to January 1st.

New year. New restart. New reset.

We tell ourselves we'll do things we couldn't do last year. Be more consistent. Hit the gym more. Write more. Learn more.

The list is always long.

But here's what I've learned:

Last week, I shared three words I've carried for years: Purpose. Discipline. Resilience.

Forget resolutions—these words are the foundations.

But something might matter even more for 2026.

➡️ Something BIG Has Shifted

I spent part of the holiday doing what I always do—geeking out on stuff that probably makes me weird at parties.

I was watching a video that absolutely stopped me cold.

Andrew Ng of Stanford—one of the brilliant minds who helped build modern AI—was talking about what actually matters now.

One line hit me like a truck:

"Writing code is getting cheaper. Deciding what code to write is not."

I had to pause the video. My coffee got cold. I rewound it three times.

Because suddenly, everything I'd been seeing in my own business—and in the businesses of people I work with—made perfect sense.

The bottleneck has shifted.

Execution is getting automated. AI can write, design, code, analyze, summarize—faster every month.

But deciding what to write? What to build? Where to focus your actual energy?

That's still on you, my friend.

📊 What This Means For You

Doing is getting cheaper. Deciding is not.

Let me tell you a story.

Last month, I was talking with a friend who spent three weeks using AI to create an entire content calendar, write 57 social media posts, design graphics, and build an email workflow.

The AI did it all beautifully. Fast. Professional. Perfect. He even stated, “I love this stuff”.

And you know what happened?

Nothing.

Because the entire strategy was wrong from the start.

They were solving the wrong problem, talking to the wrong audience, and building the wrong thing.

AI just helped them build the wrong thing faster and prettier.

I see this everywhere now.

Here's the thing nobody wants to admit...

AI can't tell you what's worth doing.

That's judgment. That's strategy. That's what differentiates the business builders who will succeed in 2026 from those who will merely keep up.

The ones who excel won't be the hardest workers.

They'll be the ones that Think Bigger, Play Smarter, and Win More!.

❌ You’re Asking The Wrong Question

Here's what I see more and more.

Most high achievers ask themselves (me included): "What should I do next?"

Launch a podcast. Build a course. Start a YouTube channel. Write a book—scale ads.

All good ideas, right?

Except most are stuck, overwhelmed, and going nowhere fast.

The better question is:

"What should I decide next?"

See the difference?

"Should I launch a podcast?" is an action.

"Should I build a content engine or focus on direct sales?" is a decision.

One keeps you busy. The other moves your business forward.

When I shifted from "what should I do" to "what should I decide," everything changed.

I decided to focus on depth, not breadth.

I decided to work with fewer people at a higher level.

I decided to say no to 90% of opportunities so that I could say hell yes to the right 10%.

Once I made those decisions, the doing became obvious.

Most owners react to their business in a constant firefighting mode.

The ones who win? They design their business to react to them.

And here's the kicker...

AI doesn't change this. It amplifies it.

If you're clear on what matters, AI makes you dangerous.

If you're not clear? AI helps you do the wrong things faster.

💡 The Missing Ingredient Is……?

Purpose, Discipline, and Resilience are the foundations, and they matter.

But the skill that actually activates them?

Is Clarity.

✅ Purpose without clarity is just a dream you talk about at dinner parties.

✅ Discipline without clarity is an exhausting grind that leads to burnout.

✅ Resilience without clarity? That's just survival mode.

Clarity is the catalyst that makes everything else work.

I had a conversation last week with someone running an old school, boring business.

Great revenue. Growing team. Impressive from the outside.

But when I asked him what his business would look like in three years, he went quiet.

"I don't know," he finally said. "I'm just trying to keep up with what's happening now."

That's the problem.

Most business builders are spending all their time DOING and almost no time DECIDING.

🎯 Try This Right Now

Copy this Altlevel™ AI aPower prompt and drop it into ChatGPT or Claude:

Act as an elite executive strategist and decision coach for high-performing entrepreneurs. You specialize in helping founders escape reactive work, prioritize with precision, and realign their focus around what truly matters.

The user runs a business with decent revenue and a growing team. However, their calendar is overloaded, and they’re spending most of their time doing instead of deciding. They feel stuck in reactive mode—chasing urgent tasks, following random tactics, and saying yes to too many things. AI tools haven’t helped; they only accelerate the wrong actions. The user seeks brutal clarity and a high-level diagnosis.

Ask the user 3 laser-focused diagnostic questions that cut through the noise and reveal their real leverage points. Then, bluntly identify:

-Where they are wasting time

-What activities they should stop, delegate, or ignore

-What strategic priorities they must focus on instead

End with a clear, unapologetic summary: “Here’s what actually matters.”

Ask me any questions you have.

Just try it. See what happens.

You'll probably get questions that make you uncomfortable.

Good.

That discomfort? That's clarity trying to break through the noise.

I did this exercise myself three months ago.

The AI asked me: "What are you doing that you're not uniquely qualified to do?"

Ouch.

But that one question led me to change the game for 2026 and drop the things that were draining my energy.

Best decision I made all year.

🚀 Buckle Up, 2026 Is Going To Move Fast

The tools will keep changing.

The tactics will keep shifting.

The noise will get louder and louder.

But those who win will be the ones who got clear on what actually matters—and made the hard calls while everyone else was still scrolling.

Clarity wins 2026.

You can have all the AI tools in the world...

You can work 80-hour weeks (please don't)...

You can implement every tactic and strategy that crosses your desk...

But if you're not clear on what actually matters, you're just running faster in the wrong direction.

And that's exhausting.

📣 Your Turn……..

What's the ONE decision you've been putting off?

Not what you need to DO.

What you need to DECIDE.

Is it deciding to finally let go of that service that drains you?

Is it deciding who your business is actually for?

Is it deciding what you're going to stop doing so you can focus on what matters?

Because that's where the real breakthrough lives.

And I promise you—once you make that decision, everything else gets easier.

Let’s rock 2026 and make it our Best Year Yet!

Talk soon,

— Coach Will
